We all know the tug of war going on between the Kadapa MP Avinash Reddy and CBI in the context of the Viveka murder case.
The CBI has filed an additional affidavit seeking Avinash Reddy for custodial interrogation, the vacation bench of the high court of Telangana has given interim orders not to take any steps against Avinash Reddy till Wednesday. And it also stated that it will give out its orders on Wednesday as the high court operations resume post-summer vacation. This is definitely a big relief to Avinash Reddy as the CBI is already serious about him for not cooperating and it’s preparing its ground to take him under custody for further interrogation.
On the other hand, CBI has also included Y S Jagan’s name in connection with Avinash Reddy. It is also heard that CBI is preparing its ground to question Y S Jagan as well in this context. Have to wait and see what turn it will take in the coming days.
