The Officials of CBI, Hyderabad have been inching close to solving the entire case of YS Vivekananda Reddy’s murder case. Today the officials have argued against Avinash Reddy by revealing stunning facts regarding the case.
After the participation of YS Avinash Reddy, CBI officers in their latest arguments in the Court stated that they have gathered all the information and evidence against the accused members and concluded that the entire plot was a 40 crore deal. They added that the accused Avinash Reddy was in Jammalamadugu when this murder took place and his phone was busy with calls regarding the murder plot. Officials, however, stated that Avinash despite sitting four times for questioning didn’t cooperate with them but they had enough evidence to corner him. Since Avinash’s bail petition is up for hearing, CBI claimed that the murderers met Avinash Reddy before it had happened but they will find out why Avinash Reddy and Bhaskar Reddy tried to make the murder look like a natural death.
Political experts opine that since the evidence is against Avinash Reddy and the fact that Bhaskar Reddy and Uday failed to get bail, chances are less for the Kadapa MP to get anticipatory bail as well.
