He is teaming up with the sensational director Parusuram who has delivered a blockbuster hit with Gettha Govindam before. The glimpse video which was released has garnered the attention of the audience. Initially, this film was aimed for the Sankranthi release and the team of Family Star has strived their best to bring the film to the Pongal as it would be a perfect time for a family entertainer like this.
But as the shoot of the film is yet to be completed and followed by post-production works, the team of Family Star seems to have decided to exit from the mad rush of the Pongal race. Vijay needs a solid hit to bounce back and he seems to be not in a hurry to bring his film into the Pongal race. Mrunal Thakur is playing the female lead in this film and Dil Raju is bankrolling this project.
