One of the most important leaders of YSRCP, Alla Nani shocked the AP political circles as he decided to leave the party after serving his boss YS Jagan. This was a huge shocker to the political lovers and the party of YSRC.
Alla Nani served as a Deputy Chief Minister during the tenure of YS Jagan in the 2019-2024 regime and is said to be a close associate of Jagan. Nani in his more than three decades of political career also served as the Health Minister and has a vast influence in the Godavari districts. However, this senior leader lost the Eluru constituency in the 2024 polls and went silent.
Alla Nani officially submitted his resignation from YSRCP thereby weakening the already dull party which didn’t even win enough seats to be the opposition party of Andhra Pradesh. One has to see if Nani wishes to stay far from active politics or join the existing parties like TDP, Janasena, or BJP in the forthcoming days.
