Prabhas surprised everyone by signing Maruthi’s film despite his jam-packed schedule due to multiple pan-India films like Project K, Salaar and Adipurush. He started shooting for this untitled film last month without much ado and there is no hint of any update from the team so far. Prabhas is dedicating adequate time every month to shoot for this interesting film which is billed as a comedy caper.
As per reliable reports, Maruthi penned an entertaining role for Prabhas in this horror comedy. The character penned by Maruthi is a complete departure from what Prabhas played so far in his career. This is the first time the Baahubali actor is going to unleash the comic side in his acting repertoire and bring the houses down with his hilarious act.
All these years, he played serious, romantic and action-packed roles. Occasionally, he entertained moviegoers with his shtick and comic style in some of his films for a brief screen time. But, what we are going to see in Maruthi’s film is a full-length role of entertainment that will tickle the audience’s funny bone thoroughly. His mannerisms and dialogue delivery will also be completely different from what we have seen so far.
This untitled film has Malavika Mohanan, Siddhi Iddani and Niddhi Aggerwal as the female leads. Sanjay Dutt is playing a significant role.
