In an interview, KL Narayana, the producer of SSMB29, shared that filming for the movie is scheduled to begin in either August or September this year. Narayana further revealed thatMahesh Babu is putting in some dedicated effort to prepare for his role in SSMB29.
KL Narayana expressed, “The film will unfold against the captivating African backdrop, and the script has evolved splendidly. Director Rajamouli Garu is incredibly focused; he has a precise vision. SSMB29 is poised to exceed everyone’s expectations.
The producer also recounted, “Fifteen years ago, I initiated plans for a film involving Mahesh Babu and SS Rajamouli, though it encountered delays for various reasons. Despite this, I provided them with an advance, and they committed to collaborating with me. Now, they’re honoring that commitment by bringing this project to fruition under my Durga Arts banner. Despite their soaring careers, with Rajamouli even receiving offers from Hollywood, they’ve chosen to prioritize SSMB29 with me. I’m immensely grateful to both Mahesh Babu and Rajamouli for their loyalty.
