Animal fame director Sandeep Reddy Vanga announced a film with reigning pan-India superstar Prabhas three years ago. Even though the much anticipated project didn’t take off till now due to valid reasons, the buzz keeps intensifying every now and then when ever there is a rumour or reliable news on it in the media circles. One such canard that triggered adequate hype in recent times is that Bollywood actress Kareena Kapoor will appear in a significant role in Spirit.
Though there is no official confirmation so far, the news grabbed the headlines all over. Finally, the veracity of this rumour has been cleared by none other than Kareena Kapoor herself. In her recent media interaction with Bollywood media, Kareena clarified that she hasn’t been approached by any one relating to Spirit till date. This statement has ended the ongoing speculations about Spirit.
Besides news about Kareena Kapoor’s role, there were reports that Korean actor Don Lee is likely to be a part of Spirit. As of now there is no clarity on who will be a part of this eagerly awaited film as the makers are maintaining absolute silence.
Spirit is touted be a cop drama with full of violence and action. The regular shooting will commence from Summer 2025.
