Naga Chaitanya’s maiden webseries Dhootha is finally set for release on Prime Video this December 1st. It will have eight episodes and features a host of notable actors in significant roles.

The two-minute trailer is about a responsible journalist Sagar Varma played by Chaitu who dares to question the erring politicians, judicial system, and the police officers who ought to protect the people of our country.
Sagar is an investigative journalist who gets entangled in a tricky situation when he turns out to be the prime suspect in a murder case that he was supposed to investigate.
He comes across a mysterious newspaper in which cartoons foretell tragedies. When he sets out to unravel the truth behind these intriguing happenings, he gets mired in an inescapable situation.
The trailer offers a thrilling ride with plenty of twists and turns as Chaitu tries to unravel the truth behind the enigmatic incident that puts his life at peril.
Priya Bhavani Shankar plays Chaitu’s wife and there are supporting actors like Prachi Desai and Parvathy Thiruvothu.
Naga Chaitanya looks very promising and seems to have packed a punch with his performance. The visuals are top notch and director Vikram K Kumar appears to have made this an engaging thriller with his trademark narration.
