The political rivalry between the Telangana ruling party BRS and the Central party BJP is not in the mood to get compromised such that the Telangana CM has decided to skip meeting Modi on contrary to the protocols. In other words, KCR will not welcome the Indian Prime Minister in his Telangana visit.
Prime Minister Modi is all set to have a public meeting in the city of Hyderabad in Telangana and he will be touching down in the city tomorrow morning as the travel is confirmed by the PMO. As a part of the protocol, it is the local Chief Minister’s duty to receive the PM despite differences and KCR already absconded it in the past. The Minister of IT, KTR made it super clear that the party of BRS is again boycotting PM’s visit and has no interest in participating in anything regarding the BJP’s works. He backed the boycott by claiming that the BJP-led central government has granted 20,000 crores of railway coach works to Modi’s home state Gujarat but just granted peanuts worth of projects for a progressive state like Telangana which tells the disparity of the BJP.
KTR didn’t stutter to openly say that BJP is treating Telangana as a stepmother with a lot of partiality and he blamed TPCC President Revanth to be a secret admirer of Modi by declaring that the latter has never pointed out at the PM ever in his life. One has to wait and see how Modi and BJP would react to the BRS decision.
