Gold and silver prices have experienced a sharp increase in recent days. In the national capital, New Delhi, the price of 10 grams of 99.9% pure gold has risen by ₹1,300, reaching ₹89,400. Meanwhile, the price of silver per kilogram has exceeded ₹1 lakh, rising by ₹2,000 from ₹98,000 yesterday, marking a four-month high.
On the international front, the price of gold per ounce has approached $3,000, with today’s peak reaching $2,960. Silver per ounce has also surged to $34. The fluctuations in the market are being attributed to ongoing uncertainties linked to statements from U.S. President Donald Trump, which have led investors to view gold as a safer investment option.
