The ruling party YSR Congress’s new scheme ‘Jaganannaku Chebudam’ to solve the people’s complaints or issues is quite impressive.
Along with the existing Spandana program, a new scheme has been brought up by the government just to provide a better solution to the complaints received from the people of Andhra Pradesh. The chief minister recalled the times of his padayatra when he has come across many people with lots of complaints and there is no proper solution for any. Keeping this in mind, he told that he has started the Spandana program where people can directly address their problems and get the solution.
Jagan also expressed that in most cases it’s a human error and that the problems have been raised and if the government is fair, there will be a solution for any kind of complaint. Jagan also told that to take governance and transparency in serving the people to the next level, he has introduced this scheme. The opposition might call this a political stunt before elections but if it’s going to do good to the people, it has to be appreciated.
