The ruling party of AP, YSRCP has been facing some internal issues as some of its MLAs are showcasing indirect dissent towards CM Jagan. The top layer management of the party has now decided to monitor their MLAs closely by taking care in order to not lose them before elections.
The MLC election results have deeply troubled the YSRCP as a few of its own MLAs crossed voted and they later got suspended by the head Jagan himself. As a damage control measure, CM already had an internal party meeting and re-assured tickets again in the 2024 polls. Still, some MLAs are looking towards the opposition party TDP as they feel the chances of YSRCP winning are slimming down with each passing day. As this is not enough, actor turned Hindupur MLA Balayya today claimed that more than 60 of the ruling party MLAs are in touch with him and they are ready to join TDP the moment they get a Yes from the chief CBN. With these new comments, the YSRCP heads and important leaders are now scratching their heads to save their MLAs. If not their target of 175 seats, YSRCP wants to regain power at any cost.
In order to cool their MLAs, Jagan has ordered his core cabinet Ministers to look after all of their MLAs and soothe them to be in the party. Assuring them no MLA would be left behind, YSRCP is trying its best to closely observe and extend its support to keep them away from the TDP
