Amaravathi: In a significant development, legal action has been initiated against the daughter and son-in-law of former minister YS Vivekananda Reddy in connection with his murder case. The Pulivendula court issued orders to register a case following allegations raised by Vivekananda’s personal assistant, Krishna Reddy. Krishna Reddy stated that he was under pressure from CBI officials, specifically SP Ramsingh, to provide testimony implicating certain leaders in the murder case.
The daughter, Sunitha, and her husband, Rajasekhar Reddy, are also accused of applying pressure in this regard. Despite seeking police protection, Krishna Reddy found it necessary to seek legal recourse. In response to the petition, the Pulivendula court has directed the Pulivendula police to register a case against Sunitha, Rajasekhar Reddy, and SP Ramsingh. Charges have been filed under Section 156 (3) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC).
