The Viveka murder case is taking new turns each day passing by. As the CBI has increased the pace of the investigation, all the fingers are now pointing towards Kadapa MP Y S Avinash Reddy.
Erri Gangireddy is the prime accused in the Viveka murder case and the CBI has argued if he is left free, he could influence the case. Taking this into consideration, the Telangana High Court has summoned the prime accused to surrender by May 5th who is on bail for some time. Following the same, Erri Gangi Reddy surrendered in CBI court today. He will be shifted to chenchalguda jail in a while.
On the other side, Kadapa MP YS Avinash Reddy is facing the heat of the CBI for his alleged involvement in Viveka’s murder case. Though he applied for anticipatory bail, his efforts went in vain. There are a lot of speculations that the CBI is going to take Avinash Reddy into custody very soon. Have to wait and see what more twists are gonna come in this case.
