RRR star NTR Jr graced the prerelease event of Vishwaksen’s ‘Das ka Dhamki’ on Friday evening in Hyderabad. Since it was his first public appearance in India post ‘Naatu Naatu’ winning the Oscars, everyone got delighted to hear him speak.
Thanking his director SS Rajamouli, NTR Jr started his speech by declaring that the Telugu Cinema is at the Global level. Without him, the international acclaim of RRR is not possible. Hailing both MM Keeravani and Chandrabose, Taarak declared them as legends of Indian Cinema. The rugged Massy star of RRR claimed that Vishwaksen is more energetic than himself and he could listen to the latter whenever he speaks. Revealing their first meeting, NTR Jr stated that they have met for dinner post the success of ‘HIT’ and he has been observing him since then. Terming ‘Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi’ and ‘Asokavanam lo Arjuna Kalyanam’ are the two likable films of Vishwaksen, the Simhadri fame suggested he give up on directing and focus only on acting.
Delighted with the grace of NTR Jr, the hero cum director Vishwaksen thanked his favorite hero and declared that he has put his last penny into the project. The movie is hitting screens on 22nd March for the auspicious occasion of the Telugu New Year-Ugadhi.
