“Experience Thrills and Chills in Virupaksha”: An Expertly Crafted Film with No Detail Spared

The first half of Virupaksha is full of excitement and intensity, with the exception of a romantic storyline that adds a touch of tenderness. From the opening moments, the director skillfully lays out the story and captivates audiences from the very beginning. Sukumar’s screenplay is masterful, particularly in the first hour, and the production design team has gone above and beyond to immerse viewers in the world of the film. The sound effects, especially in the scenes set in Virupaksha, are absolutely spine-tingling and enhance the many brilliantly executed sequences throughout the movie. Every detail has been carefully considered, making for an unforgettable viewing experience.

Samyukta Menon shines in her meaty role as a village girl, showcasing her impressive acting prowess with utmost conviction. With ample opportunity to display her talent, Samyukta delivers a spectacular performance with grace and beauty. Don’t miss her stunning portrayal in this must-see film.

Sai Dharam Tej breaks away from his typical “mass” persona to deliver a standout performance, expertly portraying a curious villager attempting to uncover a captivating mystery. The talented actor exudes maturity in his role, executing the script’s demands with precision and skill.

Minus:

While the first half of the movie is impressive, the second half fails to maintain the momentum due to poor pacing and a mediocre climax. Additionally, the romantic track at the beginning of the film is lackluster, with poorly written scenes and a routine love story that hinders the flow of the movie. However, the film is not for those who are easily frightened, as it contains graphic gore sequences.
