Mega Prince Varun Tej is lining up movies that span different genres. One of his upcoming flicks ‘Matka’ is making some noise since it is directed by the maker of ‘Palasa’, Karuna Kumar. None other than Varun himself shared some exciting details of ‘Matka’.
The tall and macho hero is busy promoting his upcoming release ‘Gandivdhari Arjuna’ and in one of his recent interviews, the mega hero opened up about his future movies. He stated that the ongoing movie Operation Valentine’ will be high on thrill elements and he will be seen as a pilot. Immediately after wrapping this movie, the hero will take a brief break to marry his love, Lavanya Tripathi. Post the marriage, he would start working for the most anticipated film ‘Matka’. Touted to be a rustic village drama like Palasa, this movie will have a post-Independence backdrop and the story happens around Vizag. Varun declared that he will be seen in four different avatars throughout the movie and it will thrill not just the mega fans but all the movie lovers.
Meanwhile the movie ‘Gandivdhari Arjuna’ is gearing up for its release on the 25th of August in the two Telugu States. Directed by Praveen Sattaru, this movie is bankrolled by BVSN Prasad under SVCC Creations.
