Thursday, November 21, 2024

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy has once again launched a strong attack on the BRS party, using a recent media interaction to voice his criticisms. He directed his ire at KCR, KTR, and Harish Rao, labeling KCR as “outdated medicine” and questioning the value of further discussions about him. Revanth boldly claimed that he has managed to confine KCR to his farmhouse over the past year, asserting his commitment to diminishing KCR’s political influence in the state.

“I am the reason KCR is stuck in his farmhouse and hasn’t come out,” Revanth declared, displaying confidence in his strategy to politically eliminate KTR as well. “I have used KTR to control KCR, and I plan to utilize Harish Rao to finish off KTR politically,” he stated, indicating that he has a plan for Harish Rao as well.

Additionally, Revanth accused KCR’s family of misusing public funds and engaging in widespread corruption, alleging that they have received substantial financial support from corporate entities over the last decade. He noted that investigations into the family’s alleged corrupt practices are currently underway.

Revanth also addressed the controversy surrounding a recent rave party at KTR’s farmhouse, stating, “For us, Diwali is about lighting lamps and worshiping Goddess Lakshmi. However, it appears that KTR and his family celebrate the festival with drinks.” He expressed skepticism regarding the appropriateness of such celebrations during a sacred festival and questioned why KTR’s family is avoiding accountability if they have done nothing wrong.

He further confronted KTR on why he is seeking anticipatory bail if he claims innocence, pointing out that while KTR characterizes the event as a family gathering, a significant number of casino chips and foreign liquor bottles were discovered. Revanth affirmed that they are fully committed to the Musi River project, declaring, “We will revive the Musi, regardless of the challenges ahead.” He emphasized that the first phase of development will cover 21 kilometers, highlighting their dedication to this important initiative.
