After COVID, a new virus called monkey virus is creating a panic among the public all over the country. Now a scare was created by the first suspected case of monkeypox in Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh. As per the sources, when a child returned from Dubai with her family, it was discovered that she had skin rashes. She was later admitted to the Old Government General Hospital in Vijayawada where her health was being monitored. The child’s family was also kept in isolation, and samples from them were sent to Pune for testing.
