Stone Attack Is Another Jaga’s Drama For Sympathy, Says Raghuram

Sunday, December 8, 2024

Narsapur MP Raghuramakrishna Raju alleged that the incident of stone attack on CM Jaganmohan Reddy in Vijayawada on Saturday is another drama for sympathy. He lamented that after several election surveys indicated YCP’s defeat in the state in a desperate move CM Jagan resorted to such cheap tactics.

As people are not coming to YCP meetings and Jagan’s tours, a pre-planned drama was enacted to create some sensation. However, he felt that people are not in a position to believe whatever the YCP leaders say about the pre-drama for sympathy.

He said that only Jagan is capable of enacting such dramas in the state, as he was notorious in playing such tricks one after another one. He said it started with his uncle Vivekananda Reddy’s murder. People had witnessed the drama he created blaming the opposition leaders, but finally his own men proved to be real culprits in the CBI probe.

He said there are many doubts behind the incident of stone attack on Jagan in Vijayawada and alleged that the entire incident looks like a film shooting. What happened to the Chief Minister’s security net during this attack, he asked.

Why did the electricity go off when the trip was going smoothly? Why was the live broadcast on Sakshi channel stopped at that moment? He also expressed doubts over the changing nature of stone pelting from time to time. Immediately after the incident, he asked how can they say it as a `cat ball’?

He wondered that is it was possible to offer a big flower garland (gaza mala) to  people with Z Plus category security, where not many people were present and even electricity was also cut off?

Meanwhile, TDP leader Bonda Umamaheswara Rao alleged that MP Keshineni Nani and former minister Velampalli Srinivas are said to be masterminds of the `gravel stone’ (Gulaka Rai) drama. He said that although the YCP leaders are alleging that it was an assassination attempt on the Chief Minister, not a single YCP worker believes it, nor any one came forward to protest. Even YCP cadre understood this drama, he added. Bonda Uma demanded release of call data of Keshineni Nani and Velampally Srinivas.
