Sree Leela opens up about doing ‘Item Songs’

Up-and-comer Sree Leela is making big strides in Tollywood with crazy offers. She is currently the busiest artist with multiple big-ticket films in her kitty. After pairing with Ram in Skanda, Sree Leela will next appear as Nandamuri Balakrishna’s niece in Anil Ravipudi’s soon-to-be-released action entertainer Bhagavanth Kesari.

As Sree Leela hogged the limelight in no time, Telugu filmmakers are very keen to rope her for item songs. There have already been many rumours that she might soon appear in special songs for upcoming big-budget films.

Talking about her stance on doing Item Songs, Sree Leela opened up during a recent media interaction. She unequivocally said ‘ I am not looking at that space now’ when asked if there is any chance to see her in special songs.

Sree Leela said she is currently focusing on doing performance-oriented roles that will elevate her as an actor. She said there is still a lot of time left to look at alternative roles.

Coming to Bhagavanth Kesari, Sree Leela plays a narrative-altering character. She has many other releases lined up for the next one year. Films like Guntur Kaaram and Ustaad Bhagat Singh have her as the leading lady.
