Hyderabad: Senior IPS officer B Shivadhar Reddy has been designated as the new intelligence chief, while V Seshadri assumes the role of Secretary to the Chief Minister of Telangana. The official announcement of these appointments was made through an order issued by Shantikumari, the Chief Secretary of the State Government, on Thursday.
These changes come in the wake of multiple resignations by officers and corporation chairmen, after Congress party secure winning in the recently held elections. The appointments announced immediately after the swearing-in ceremony of Congress leader Revanth Reddy as the Chief Minister of Telangana on Thursday.
