Young Tollywood star Sharwanand is set to regain his box office success. Having come out of a run of relatively poor performances, the skilled actor is turning over a new leaf with vigor and enthusiasm. He now has three movies — his 35th, 36th, and 37th — underway at different stages of production, representing one of the busiest periods in his life.
The 35th film of Sharwanand, Naari Naari Naduma Murari, directed by Ram Abbaraju, will be an entertaining romantic comedy with plenty of emotional and humorous elements. The film’s story features a love triangle, with Sharwanand playing a character that is said to be so different from Sharwanand’s past characters. Sakshi Vaidya and Samyuktha Menon will be the heroine pair in the film, and a third heroine is expected to be announced soon.
Then comes Bhogi, Sharwanand’s 37th film in his career, directed by action director Sampath Nandi. Shot in the 1960’s against the film’s backdrop of the Telangana-Maharashtra border, Bhogi will be overtly powerful drama style period piece, with an extravagant production value. Ongoing, Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi, have signed to the roles and said to be soon adding another heroine to the cast.
While information on Sharwanand’s 36th film is still in secrecy, it has been confirmed. Sources indicate that, similar to his other ongoing films, this film too will have three heroines — making it a part of an exclusive trend in Sharwa’s career.
This is the first time that Sharwanand is regularly working on movies that have him sharing space with three heroines. Earlier, he’s worked with two heroines, but never three — and never in multiple projects simultaneously. This change not only indicates his experimentativeness but also hints at his desire to try new content and character selection.
With Sharwanand entering this new chapter with varied avatars and new stories, fans and observers all over are eager to know if this calculated re-entry will return him to the success bandwagon.
