The YSRTP Chief YS Sharmila has shocked the political circles of the two Telugu States by wishing the Congress Scion Rahul Gandhi today. The sister of AP CM with this wish has given rise to new speculations regarding a possible alliance.
Ever since the opposition parties of BRS in Telangana decided to unite except T-BJP, there were many hints regarding a huge alliance among the political parties within the newest state of India. Sharmila who earlier declared that YSRTP will always go alone has now indirectly given space to merger discussions with the Congress. To prove these speculations, Sharmila on her Twitter wished Rahul Gandhi a very happy birthday and hoped he inspires and motivates the youth of India towards development. With this tweet, it is pretty much clear that YSRTP might shake hands with the T-Congress for the elections of Telangana, and also YSRTP would support the Congress in parliament polls as well. As all these equations are not enough, political experts say that the ex-leader of Congress, KVP Rama Chandra Rao who is so close to YSR’s family and Sonia’s family worked as a mediator between the two parties.
All said and done, the political ambiance of Telangana seems to be a triple heat fight since BRS is crossing swords with both T-BJP which is an enemy to Congress so Congress would gather the support of other parties like YSRTP, CPI, CPM, and others.
