Chief Minister Chandrababu, along with his family, visited Tirumala on the occasion of his grandson Nara Devansh’s birthday. As part of the visit, he participated in Annadanam at the Annaprasadam center in his grandson’s name and later conducted a key review meeting at the Padmavathi Guest House. The meeting, focused on Tirumala’s development, was attended by TTD Chairman B.R. Naidu, EO Shyamala Rao, and other officials.

During the review, Chandrababu highlighted the daily influx of thousands of devotees and the substantial donations received for Annadanam. Stressing the importance of preserving the sanctity of Tirumala, he stated that the Seven Hills belong solely to Lord Venkateswara and asserted that no inappropriate activities should take place in the sacred region.

He recalled his pre-election commitment to addressing past irregularities in Tirumala and stated that necessary corrective measures had been taken since assuming office. He cited the cancellation of land allocations, including 20 acres previously granted to the Mumtaz Hotel and an additional 35.32 acres allotted to various institutions. Emphasizing the need to safeguard the temple’s heritage, he reiterated that no commercial activities would be permitted near the Seven Hills.

Chandrababu also reaffirmed that only Hindus should be employed within the Tirumala temple and disclosed that orders had been issued to remove non-Hindu employees from TTD. Additionally, he announced plans to construct Venkateswara temples in the capitals of all Indian states and urged Chief Ministers to collaborate in expediting the initiative.

Expanding on this vision, he stated that similar temples would be established in regions with significant Hindu populations worldwide. To facilitate these projects, a dedicated temple trust will be formed. He also introduced Madhava Seva, a new initiative alongside Annadanam and Pranadanam, aimed at enhancing temple services.
