Senior BJP leader and former Deputy Prime Minister Lal Krishna Advani was admitted to Apollo Hospital in Delhi on Tuesday morning following complaints of uneasiness. A special team of doctors is currently monitoring his health. According to the medical team, there are no significant concerns beyond issues related to old age, and Advani’s condition is reported to be stable.
This is not the first recent instance of health issues for Advani; he was also admitted to AIIMS in Delhi last month for similar concerns. Advani, one of the most veteran figures in the BJP, served as Deputy Prime Minister from 2002 to 2004 and as Union Home Minister from 1999 to 2004.
