Sekhar Kammula ready with a massive multi-starrer script

Sensible filmmaker Sekhar Kammula has the habit of taking considerable gaps between his projects. His last film ‘Thank You’ with Naga Chaitanya released two years ago. After that, he has been working tirelessly on a big script to direct Tamil superstar Dhanush. Despite rumours that the project was put on the back burner, Kammula remained light-lipped and continued working on the script.

As per the latest reports, the Happy Days director has finally locked a solid script and got the final approval from Dhanush. Reportedly, this is going to be a first-of-its-kind thriller with an intriguing narration. This is the first time Kammula is going to keep the viewers on the edge of their seats after exploring various genres based on college life, romantic entertainers and rural dramas.

Surprisingly, Kammula is going to pull a casting coup with this interesting project because he has roped in Akkineni Nagarjuna for a significant role. It seems like Kammula is aware of the box office equations and brought Nag on board to make sure that the film gets wide attention in both Telugu and Tamil.

Also, it is heard that National Crush Rashmika Mandanna is being considered as the female lead and AR Rahman is likely to compose tunes for this mega film.

To be made simultaneously in multiple languages, this untitled film will be bankrolled by Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations.
