Global star Ram Charan received a warm welcome at the Delhi Internation airport on Friday while on his way back home from the Oscars. The RRR actor was spotted along with his wife Upasana as he returned after winning the Oscar for Rajamouli’s Naatu Naatu.
Many fans and followers mobbed the actor at the airport and surrounded his car. The beloved fans waved at and chanted the Magadheera actor’s name with holding flowers and RRR posters.
The pictures and videos of Ram Charan greetings his fans from his car’s sunroof are now doing rounds on the internet. As we know that Jr. NTR also experienced a similar situation a few days ago as he was also mobbed by a sea of fans at the Hyderabad airport after returning from the US.
For the unversed, Ram Charan and Jr. NTR who acted in the crucial roles of Rajamouli’s RRR have been in the limelight ever since the popular number Naatu Naatu from the film was nominated for the oscar.
The lead team of RRR including Ram Charan, Jr. NTR, Rajamouli, MM Keeravaani, SS Karthikeya, Chandra Bose and others attended the Oscar at Dolby Stadium, Los Angeles on March 12.
Making us all proud, Naatu Naatu achieved the oscar in the Best Original song category surpassing the top numbers like ‘Applause’ from Tell It Like a Woman, ‘Hold My Hand’ from Top Gun: Maverick, ‘Lift Me Up’ from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever and ‘This Is a Life’ from Everything Everywhere All at Once.
