Amid involving in a controversial case, Tollywood hero Raj Tarun is gearing up for a theatrical release with his upcoming film ‘Purushothamudu’. Written and helmed by Ram Bhimana, the film stars Raj Tarun and Hassini Sudhir as the leading pair.
The filmmakers of ‘Purushothamudu’ recently announced that the film is set to arrive in theaters on July 26. In a recent update today, they unveiled the film’s trailer, just days ahead of its theatrical release.
The trailer begins with Raj Tarun saying, “Ahinsa Parmo Darma, Dharm Hinsa Tathev Cha.” Touted to be a romantic action entertainer, the trailer starts with a lighthearted and fun-filled comedy, evolves into a compelling love story, and gradually transitions into a gripping action-packed entertainer based on true events.
Produced by Dr. Ramesh Tejawat and Prakash Tejawat under the banner of Shree Sridevi Productions, the film also stars an ensemble cast including Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan, Brahmanandam, Bollywood actor Mukesh Khanna, Satya, Brahmaji, Raja Ravindran, Murali Sharma, Racha Ravi, Praveen, and many others in significant roles.
Renowned music director Gopi Sundar composed the musical tunes for this flick. PG Vinda is the cinematographer, while Marthand K. Venkatesh handles the editing.
In terms of his professional endeavors, Raj Tarun is gearing up for another release with his next film, ‘Tiragabadara Saami’ alongside Malvi Malhotra, and is currently filming for ‘Bhale Unnadey’, which is expected to hit theaters later this year.
On the personal front, the actor has been facing serious allegations from his alleged girlfriend and live-in partner, Lavanya, who filed a case against him.
