Raghava Lawrence celebrates his 48th birthday today. Marking this special occasion, the makers of his upcoming film have unveiled both the film’s title and the first-look poster.
Earlier, a few weeks ago, Raghava Lawrence announced this highly anticipated project, which is his milestone 25th film. Following the official announcement of RL 25, today the makers treated fans by revealing the first look, and the film is titled ‘Kaala Bhairava’.
The filmmakers shared a striking birthday poster on their social media platforms, featuring Raghava Lawrence in a powerful look, hinting at it as a superhero film. Promising an epic action-packed adventure, Kaala Bhairava is directed by Ramesh Varma. Touted to be a pan-India superhero film, it will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, and Malayalam languages.
This biggie entertainer is produced by Manish Shah and Koneru Satyanarayana under Neeladri Productions, in collaboration with A Studios LLP and Hawwish Productions. The project is currently in pre-production. Filming is set to begin in November 2024, with a theatrical release expected for summer 2025. Additional cast and crew details will be revealed shortly.
Raghava Lawrence has two long-awaited projects, ‘Adhigaaram’ and ‘Durga’, which are expected to be released in 2025. In addition, he will be seen in ‘Benz’, directed by Bakkiyaraj Kannan and produced by Lokesh Kanagaraj. He is also set to direct the fourth installment of the popular horror comedy franchise Kanchana, titled ‘Kanchana 4’.
