Virat, a horse in the President’s Security unit awarded for selfless and exceptional service. As being President’s Bodygaurd (PBG), the senior most regiment of the Indian Army, Virat, the horse earned a Chief of Army Staff commendation card, making him the regiment’s first parade horse to win this honour. Virat, the horse carried previous President’s of India as well with respect and elegance for the past 13 years.
