Prabhas Starrer ‘Salaar: Part 1—Cease Fire’ Set To Release In Japan

Renowned actors Prabhas and Prithvi Raj’s collaboration in ‘Salaar: Part 1—Cease Fire’ is once again in the limelight, gearing up for its highly anticipated release in Japan. Helmed by Maverick director Prashanth Neel, the film is now set to hit Japanese screens in July.

Rebel star Prabhas has gained immense popularity in Japan, with a strong and extended fan base following the blockbuster success of the Baahubali series. Each of his subsequent films received huge success in the country. Similarly, Prashanth Neel’s KGF also garnered a lot of attention in Japan. So, the makers of Salaar have decided to release the film in Japan, fueled by the actor and director’s widespread following.

Recent reports suggest that the makers have decided to hit Japanese screens on July 5th. This highly anticipated release marks Prabhas’ fourth film to grace Japanese theaters, following the blockbuster films Baahubali 1 and 2, as well as Saaho.

The film ‘Salaar: Part 1—Cease Fire’, helmed by Prashanth Neel, was backed by Hombale Films. The film starred a stellar ensemble cast, including Prabhas, Prithvi Raj, Shruti Haasan, Sriya Reddy, Easwari Rao, Jagapathi Babu, and many others. The film was a massive hit in theaters, with a collection of 700 crores.

Meanwhile, preparations for the second installment of Salaar, titled ‘Salaar: Part 2—Shourangya Parvam’, are in progress, with filming slated to begin later this month.
