Prabhas silently shoots as suspense continues

Prabhas fans are fully disappointed as his much-anticipated action saga ‘Salaar’ is going to miss a golden opportunity. The film, a Prashanth Neel directional, was initially supposed to hit the screens on September 28th. It is an ideal date and Salaar would have wreaked havoc at the box office irrespective of talk. As per the latest reports in industry circles, it is going to be postponed to November or January due to some unforeseen circumstances.

While the suspense on the release date of Salaar continues, Prabhas is silently shooting for his two other upcoming films. Despite so much backlash from buyers and fans, neither Prabhas nor his PR team has made an official statement on the unexpected postponement so far. It is reliably heard that the makers of Salaar are likely to come up with an update very soon. They are likely to apologise to fans and trade circles for the postponement.

Meanwhile, Prabhas resumed work on his next big-scale magnum opus Kalki 2898AD last week. He will next join the sets of Maruthi’s film, a horror thriller. Both these films are likely to release in 2024. He wants to complete them by the end of this year and focus on his next project Spirit which will be helmed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
