Prabhas is undoubtedly the busiest pan-India superstar in the country. He has multiple films lined up for the next few years and there will no new commitments from him because of his tight schedules. The Baahubali star is currently busy shooting for his immediate next outing ‘The Raja Saab’ and also simultaneously working on another interesting film Fauji, a war drama tentatively scheduled for release in the second half of next year. He was supposed to kick start another mammoth project Spirit with Sandeep Reddy Vanga.
Just like how all his previous films since Baahubali faced numerous delays, all his upcoming movies are likely to get deferred from their original release plans. Even though the makers of ‘The Raja Saab’ announced April 10th as the release date, the recent developments suggest that it is going to be postponed to a later date. Due to a minor injury, he postponed the shooting formalities of Hanuman Raghavapudi’s Fauji.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s cop drama Spirit was initially scheduled to commence regular shooting from January next year. But, due to his busy commitments, Prabhas might not be able to start Spirit in the next few months. So, the start of Spirit might face another delay. He also agreed to resume the shooting for sequels of Kalki and Salaar in 2025. But, it looks highly impossible because he will need to simultaneously shoot both Fauji and Spirit.
Prabhas signed two more films with Prashanth Varma and Lokesh Kanagaraj. However, there is no clarity on when both these projects will start rolling due to the uncertainty of the deadlines of the present commitments. Earlier, his films like Baahubali 2, Saaho, Radhe Shyam, Kalki and Salaar also faced significant delays and couldn’t release on time. Once again, his films face a similar delay, leaving his fans disappointed.
