Police allegedly Attack on Deputy CM Bhatti Vikramarka’s driver

In an incident at the Rajiv Gandhi grounds in Tukkuguda, Hyderabad, Rachakonda Police Commissioner Tarun Joshi allegedly mistreated the driver of Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka while he was en route to pick up the latter.

According to eyewitnesses, despite having the necessary pass, the driver, identified as Srinivas, was prevented from proceeding to collect the Deputy Chief Minister. He was reportedly manhandled by the police, who also confiscated his ID card.

Additionally, a video journalist present at the scene had his mobile phone seized by the authorities while he was recording the altercation. The incident has raised concerns about police conduct and sparked outrage among the public, prompting calls for an investigation into the matter.
