PM Modi To visit Anakapalli on Jan 8

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is coming to visit Anakapalle district on January 8, said Anakapalle BJP MP CM Ramesh. He said that Prime Minister Modi will lay the foundation stone for the steel plant being built at a cost of Rs 1.5 lakh crore in Nakkapalle, Anakapalle district, and the hydrogen plant at NTPC in Achyuta.

In Kasimkota, Anakapalle district, Assembly Speaker Chintakayala Ayyannapatrudu, BJP MP Ramesh, and Anakapalle Jana Sena Party MLA Konatala Ramakrishna laid the foundation stone for various development works.

Speaker Ayyannapatrudu speaking on this occasion made it clear that YSRCP leaders who had troubled TDP workers during the previous government should not be admitted into the coalition parties. In fact, Prime Minister Modi was supposed to visit Anakapalle district in November. At that time, the visit was postponed due to cyclone warnings.

This visit was earlier scheduled for November 29. A huge public meeting with one lakh people was also planned at the Andhra University Engineering College grounds in Visakhapatnam. But it was postponed due to the cyclone. Now, Prime Minister Modi’s visit to Anakapalle district has been confirmed again on January 8.

Meanwhile, the Union Civil Aviation Minister Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu handed over appointment letters to the youth selected for jobs in central government departments as part of the Rozgar Mela program at the Sagarmala Auditorium in Visakhapatnam. Local MP M Sri Bharat, Visakha North MLA Vishnu Kumar Raju, other public representatives and officials participated in the program.

Rammohan Naidu said that the center is working under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi with the aim of providing 10 lakh jobs in the next five years. He said that the center has provided jobs to 7.79 lakh people in 13 Rozgar Melas. He said that efforts are being made to set up new airports in the state. Stating that the work on Bhogapuram International Airport has been accelerated, he said that the Bhogapuram International Airport will be completed by June 2026.
