South diva Samantha Ruth Prabhu visited Palani Murugan Temple in Tamil Nadu on Monday. Ahead of her film Shaakuntalam release, Samantha paid a visit to the temple to seek blessings. As per the latest buzz, the Tollywood actress climbed 600 steps of the temple by lighting camphor on each step.
The Jaanu actress looked stunningly beautiful in a simple and elegant off-white kurta kameez. The pictures and visuals of Samantha offering her prayers to the almighty are now doing rounds on the internet. Meanwhile, fans and netizens have expressed their concern for the actress as she looked a little weak.
It is known that the Majili actress has been suffering from a rare autoimmune condition called Myositis which she revealed last year. Samantha even took some time off from her commitments as she underwent the treatment.
Now, the Tollywood diva has finally resumed her shooting schedules and has been busy with her future projects. Samantha has various films lined up including the upcoming mythological starrer Shaakuntalam under Gunasekhar’s direction. The film which stars Samantha, Dev Mohan, Mohan Babu, Aditi Balan, Prakash Raj and others in vital roles is all set for a grand theatrical release on April 14, 2023.
Samantha will also be seen in the romantic comedy film Kushi, alongside Vijay Devarakonda and in the Indian adaption of the international series Citadel with Varun Dhawan.
