Former minister and YSRCP MLA Perni Nani has offered a rebuttal to the accusations leveled by ex-IAS officer PV Ramesh, who claimed victimization under the Land Titling Act in Andhra Pradesh. Nani expressed dismay at Ramesh’s alleged collaboration with Chandrababu, despite his prestigious educational and professional background.
Nani disclosed that PV Ramesh originates from Vinnakota village in Krishna district, where his late father, Subbarao Master, and others had purchased 70 acres of land for a pond leasing venture. However, following his father’s passing, Ramesh encountered complications in land mutation due to agricultural land within the designated area. While other farmers provided original documents, Nani alleged that Ramesh only furnished photocopies to officials, causing a delay in resolving the dispute. Nani also mentioned ongoing legal battles between Galangi Nagendra and Ramesh over the pond land partnership.
Questioning Ramesh’s relevance to the Land Titling Act, Nani highlighted discrepancies in Ramesh’s lease agreements and challenged his alignment with Chandrababu’s agenda, questioning his ethical stance as a former IAS officer. Nani criticized both Ramesh’s political maneuvers and CM Jagan’s attacks on the government, accusing them of serving Chandrababu’s interests.
