As the polling day is coming close with the fear of defeat YSRCP turning panic and resorting to acts like disconnecting power supply during road shows of TDP and Jana Sena.
On Tuesday evening in Tirupati, when TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu and Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan jointly conducted a road show all the street lights were put off suddenly. Local YCP leaders were shattered with the massive response to both the leaders.
The road show, which lasted for over two hours, moved at snail’s pace as there were huge crowds which thronged the road. Naidu and all those who participated in the road show switched on the flash lights of their mobile phones. Naidu was seen waving the flash light throughout the road show. They promised to bring back Amar Raja batteries back, preserve the religious sanctity of Tirumala and Tirupati.
Stating that YCP leaders are in disarray over negative response from the people and attempting to win their votes by offering money, Pawan Kalyan suggested taking that money and putting the same in the Hundi of Lord Venkateswara.
Both Chandrababu and Pawan deplored that Jagan has dealt a blow by turning the spiritual center of Tirumala into a resort. They lashed out at the devastation in the state in the last five years. Stating that there is no end to the corruption of YV Subbareddy and Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, they said during Jagan rule dacoits ruling the Temple city.
Warning people against the evil designs of chief minister YS Jaganmohan Reddy in bringing Land Titling Act, Chandrababu cautioned that if you vote for YCP, your lands will not be yours. He said the Act is like a noose around the neck of the people and it helps for encroachment on people’s lands.
Both the leaders assured that it is their responsibility to keep Tirupati as a holy center. He reminded that efforts have been made to make Tirupati a center of education. Chandrababu said that he was born and brought up in Tirupati and Venkateswara Swamy gave him rebirth. He recalled that NTR and Chiranjeevi contested from here.
