As per the latest buzz, the star actors Nayanthara, R. Madhavan and Siddharth are teaming up for an upcoming film titled ‘The Test.’ Billed as a sports entertainer, newbie Sasikanth is marking his directorial debut with the film.
Earlier today, the makers of the film, Y Not Studios took to their social media handles and unveiled the motion poster. Announcing the same, Y Not Studios wrote- ‘#theTEST Shooting In Progress ! Directed by @sash041075 Produced by @chakdyn & @@sash041075. Starring @actormaddy #Nayanthara #Siddharth & others.’
From the motion poster, we can say that ‘The Test’ is a sports drama that revolves around the game of Cricket. The makers also announced that the shoot is in progress. The film stars Nayanthara, R. Madhavan and Siddharth in the lead roles. Interestingly, this film marks the first collaboration of these star actors altogether while Madhavan and Siddharth have previously worked in Aayutha Ezhuthu and Rang De Basanti.
Meanwhile, the film is produced by Chakravarthy Ramachandran and Sasikanth under Y Not Studios. More details about the project’s cast and crew are yet to be unveiled.
On the other hand, Nayanthara is currently busy with her upcoming film Jawan alongside Shah Rukh Khan. Directed by Atlee, this project marks the Bollywood debut of the South Lady superstar.
Meanwhile, Siddharth will be seen next in Kamal Haasan’s Indian-2 while R. Madhavan will be seen in the biopic of G D Naidu.
