The Political Affairs Committee member of Janasena, Nagababu graced a party meeting in the city of Kurnool and interacted with the party leaders and supporters. On this note, the mega brother opened up on the speculated TDP-BJP alliances.
Addressing the party members and enthusiastic Janasainikas, Naga Babu stated that their head Pawan Kalyan has not taken a stand on the alliance as of now and asked everyone to wait for his official confirmation. He added that only after having a firm YES or NO from the Janasenani, then they will further discuss the seat sharing and other equations of the alliance with the TDP. He indirectly asked the party leaders to expect the alliance in worst-case scenarios and work towards the direction taken by Chief Pawan Kalyan.
Political experts however state that Naga Babu is doing good by making the minds of Jana Sena leaders by pointing out the possible alliance so that they would expect the B-forms depending on the seat sharing. The fact that Pawan Kalyan declared he would not split the anti-incumbency, there is no other way to contest in polls rather than joining hands with the TDP, opined observers. Meanwhile, BJP is still claiming it would contest along with Janasena in the 2024 polls against YSRCP and TDP in a triangular fight.
