Recent rumors suggesting that Tollywood actor Naga Chaitanya is starring in a political drama titled Mayasabha, directed by renowned filmmaker Dev Katta, have been dismissed by his team. An official statement was issued clarifying that these reports are entirely false and that Chaitanya has no association with the project.
The statement further confirmed that Naga Chaitanya is currently concentrating on his 24th film, NC24 (working title), directed by Karthik Varma Dandu. Fans and media outlets have been requested to take note of this clarification.
NC24, a mystic thriller, is being produced by BVSN Prasad and Sukumar under the banners of Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings. Directed by Karthik Dandu, who gained recognition for Virupaksha, the film is expected to feature Chaitanya in a dynamic role with mythological undertones, as suggested by the recently released concept poster.
The music for the film is composed by Ajneesh Loknath, known for his work in Kantara and Virupaksha. Sparsh Srivastava plays a key role, while Meenakshi Chaudhary is in discussions to play the female lead. NC24 is poised to showcase Naga Chaitanya in a completely new and exciting avatar.
