Amaravati: YSRC rebel MP K. Raghu Ramakrishna Raju has resigned from the party, ending a four-year dispute. Raju, who clashed with his party leadership over various issues, criticized YSRC president and Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. He accused Jagan of attempts to disqualify him and likened him to Mohammed Gajni in a letter.
Raghu Rama Krishna Raju intends to contest as a candidate of the TDP-Jana Sena alliance, indicating deep animosity between him and Jagan. The Narsapuram Lok Sabha seat is expected to be closely contested in the upcoming elections between the TDP-Jana Sena coalition and the YSRC.
