Arrested on an old charge this Thursday, suspended BJP MLA Raja Singh was taken into police custody once again and has transferred to Cherlapalli Central jail. According to the sources, the Hyderabad police used the Preventive Detention Act against the suspended BJP leader. As we know that Raja Singh was previously arrested for allegedly making offensive comments against the Prophet Mohammed.
