Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has revealed plans to issue new ration cards soon, ensuring that all eligible individuals receive them. Speaking during a tour of Khammam district on Saturday, Vikramarka highlighted Telangana’s historic achievement with its farm loan waiver program, promising a forthcoming loan waiver of up to Rs 2 lakh.
Bhatti Vikramarka emphasized the government’s commitment to uninterrupted power supply in Telangana, noting that electricity is provided consistently except during natural calamities and necessary line maintenance. He criticized opposition parties for power outages due to natural events, asserting that despite increased electricity usage, supply remains stable.
Additionally, Bhatti Vikramarka announced a budget provision of Rs 20,000 crore in interest-free loans for women in Telangana. He also mentioned that the foundation stone for an integrated school in Madhira constituency will be laid soon, with plans to extend educational facilities from anganwadi to integrated residential schools.
In a move to support women in the dairy industry, Bhatti Vikramarka detailed the Indiramma Dairy initiative, which aims to empower women in Madhira by providing buffaloes and integrating them into the dairy sector. He assured that the budget reflects a commitment to fairness and support for all sections of society.
