Superstar Mahesh Babu is a family man. Despite his busy film commitments, he always spends good time with his family and often goes on vacation to different foreign countries to relax with them. His wife and former Bollywood actress Namrata Shirodkar plays a significant role in looking after his brand endorsements and other formal activities.

Mahesh and Namrata together acted in a romantic entertainer ‘Vamshee’ in 2000 and fell in love during its shoot. They got married in 2005 and have two kids, Gautham and Sitara. After marriage, Namrata stopped acting in films. Her last film was Chiranjeevi’s Anji. She is currently producing films under Mahesh Babu Entertainment banner.
Mahesh is currently in Germany to rejuvenate himself with naturopathy treatment. He will soon commence shooting for Rajamouli’s film.
