Visakhapatnam: Gudivada Amarnath faces strong rebuttal from former MLA and state Telugu women’s president Vangalapudi Anitha, who condemned his derogatory remarks. Anitha, addressing a press conference in Visakhapatnam, expressed her condemnation of Amarnath’s comments against her as a Dalit woman and staged a symbolic protest by breaking eggs at the press meet.
Anitha accused YS Jagan of supporting Amarnath, referring to him as the “egg minister” whose tenure is now over. She questioned Amarnath’s contributions as the IT minister, challenging him to name a single industry he brought to Andhra Pradesh. Anitha asserted her status and warned against further verbal attacks, suggesting that both she and Jana Sena supporters would respond firmly.
