In a joint session of the state legislature, she praised the dismantling of autocratic rule, stating that the people’s verdict upholds civil rights and democratic governance. The Governor celebrated the removal of barriers between rulers and the people, emphasizing the initiation of true people’s governance.
Tamilisai acknowledged the new Cabinet’s judicious blend of youth and experience and predicted its success in fulfilling promises. Soundararajan expressed optimism that 2023 marks the beginning of a new era for Telangana, with the government committed to providing freedom, equal opportunities, and social justice to all citizens. She reiterated Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s commitment to democratic principles during the swearing-in ceremony.
