In a separate accusation, he claimed that YSRCP leaders are involved in illegal sand smuggling from Penna River, engaging in activities akin to extracting oil from sand. He alleged rampant looting of sand and soil in Pulivendula, emphasizing the illicit extraction of sand from the Kundu River. These allegations suggest a pattern of environmental exploitation and unauthorized resource extraction by YSRCP leaders, according to Chandrababu.
