Senior TDP leader Bonda Uma held a press conference to address the latest developments in Andhra Pradesh. During his speech, he asserted that Jagan Mohan Reddy, sensing an impending defeat, visited the iPAC office to make boastful claims.
Uma stated that Jagan cannot accept the inevitability of his defeat, which is why he continues to assert that he will win. He added that YSRCP leaders are anxious about losing, prompting Jagan to undertake a brief consolation tour and visit the iPAC office. Uma questioned Jagan’s confidence in winning, challenging him by asking if the party would shut down if it lost the elections.
Regarding the Special Investigation Team’s (SIT) report on the violence following the recent polling, Uma called on the DGP to make the report public. He demanded the arrest of those who attacked TDP leaders, specifically calling for action against Peddireddy, the Pinnelli brothers, Bhumana Karunakar Reddy, Chevireddy, and Gopi Reddy. He complained that despite bombs and hunting sickles being found in the homes of YSRCP leaders, no cases had been registered.
Uma also warned officials that violating the law for CM Jagan Mohan Reddy could lead to imprisonment. He urged other officials to consider the consequences faced by the SPs of Palnadu and Anantapur.
